Fuelled by the collective obsession with over-lining, these soft, buttery pencils allow you to achieve a precise outline – draw just outside your natural lip-line to subtly augment – before ‘filling in’ with long-wear, creamy pigment. Draw a fine line just outside your naturally lip-line to create the illusion of increased fullness. 'Fill in' for a long-wear, matte lip look, applying a paler shade to the centre of the lower lip to further emphasise the volumising effects
