This coffee is rich and easy drinking. Notes of roasted walnut, vanilla and chocolate are wonderfully balanced. These beans are fresh roasted within a matter of days. If you've never had coffee this fresh before, you can really taste the difference. These beans are great for making espresso and manual brew as they are never bitter! ARUTALA the secret of roasting and this coffee perfectly showcases this. Beware, once you've had coffee this fresh, there may be no turning back!

Catua: A hybrid of Mundo Novo and Yellow Caturra developed by the Campinas Agronomic Institute (ICA) in Brazil in 1949
Method: Naturally processed coffee cherries from the Minas Gerais region, sweetened by the Brazilian sun
