There were different attempts of up-armouring the legendary T-34 medium tank, and this is one of the examples, with additional armour sheets welded onto the hull and turret of the tank. Only 46 of this vehicle were built and all of them were lost in combat. The Shielded T-34E is especially useful on urban maps, where danger lurks behind every corner and you will surely need the additional defence.
