Directions for use:
Cutter grinding: open electric shear, slightly press down grinding wheel rod(B3), grinding wheel(B7) will automatically grindknife to make bladesharp. If there are too much greasy dirt on the grindign wheel, please cleanit or replace it first.
Fix and dismantle blade: turn cutter blade(B21) hole to the position of grinding wheel hole, insert column pin, then revolve blade cap out or press blade cap(B22) tight.
Maintance:
Grindstone: wash or change the greasy dirt grindstone to keep it effective and diminish the burden of electric motor.
Removing fine dust: Remove the too much fine dust at the backof blade or inside of the motor.
Lubrication of worm gear: on the condition that electric shear is used normally, please add lubrication grease in the oil cup into wirm gear for 2-3 times each month.
Lubrication of blade: before using shear, fill in 30# machine lubricants with lubrication cotton first to diminish the friction between blade and bottom knife.
Replace electric brush: after long-term running, when the electric brush(B53) is worn out over half, please replace electric brush(if the motor runs abnormally, stop machine immediately to check if the brush is normal).
Notes:
The high speed moving blade can not be touched with fingers or another body organ.
Be sure to pull out the plug of power source when fixing or discharging parts.
Pay attention not to cut out the wire of power source, and avoids damaging motor and blade.
