Suitable for polishing jade amber stone beeswax glass etc. Specially used for forming and grinding spherical bead. Produce clean and accurate spherical beads in minutes with little or no chipping. Always use lubricant (water or cutting fluid) to cool the workpiece when the grinding bit is working. Low drill pressure and increased use of water lubrication will extend the life of mounted point. Can be used on bench drills hand drills (not included here). The recommended speed is 2000-3000 rpm/min for general purpose grinding in wide ranges of applications. Combined with the material to be processed select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed to improve the tool life and obtain better processing accuracy and performance.
