The Wordsworth English-German German-English Dictionary (Wordsworth Reference)

This dictionary offers much more than most bilingual dictionaries of its size, covering nearly 95,000 words, whilst remaining compact enough for either the traveller or the student. It concentrates on the contemporary language as spoken or written by "the man in the street", yet gives wider coverage of commercial and technical vocabulary, but it does not neglect such everyday enthusiasms as sport, photography, and hi-fi.
