An excellent learning tool with all the basics up front. Over 500 pages of recipes, many building on each other. Talk about ways to fix shrimp. Japanese Fruit Cake, spiced ... page 107. Stuffed cabbage leaves, Hungarian style .. page 550. From spareribs Hawaii style to carrot, sweet potato and apple tzimmes, it's all there. Great illustrations by Jo Spier. Written by Avanelle Day and Lillie Stuckley, it is all one needs. After thirty plus years my binding is worn out so just remember: you find, it's mine! ( amazon customer review)
