The Pot & the Palette Cookbook: More Than 100 Recipes from Louisiana's Greatest Restaurants With Artwork by Louisiana's Most Talented Student Artists

Louisiana's culinary heritage is brought to life through more than 50 stunning artworks created by Louisiana high school student artists. The Pot and The Palette includes over 100 recipes from some of Louisiana's top chefs and restaurants! The artwork featured by winners and participants of an annual art scholarship contest hosted by the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts. All proceeds from the book benefit the arts education initiatives of the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts and the Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
