MULTIPURPOSE Unique tawa features 4 separate flapjacks, each mould measure 3 inches, total 18.7 Inches in length including the handle. Used for breakfast: uthappam, pancakes, omelet, egg fry, and even mini roti for your kids lunch.EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION Cast Iron Uttappam Tawa is strong, durable and a thickened pan bottom evenly heated ensures maximum heat transfer for fast, not leave dark spots on your mini pancakes/omelet.USE&CARE - All The Indus Valley cast iron products are completely hand seasoned. But it needs cleaning and seasoning for few times before cooking. Once you received your kadai, clean it completely using mild dish-washing liquid and water. After cleaning, wipe it using a soft cloth and let it dry. Then, apply cooking oil all over it. Heat the kadai under medium flame for 20 mins. After 20 mins, switch it off and let it cool down completely.
