Remember though, that the society is not going to react positively if you will be a member of Thief's Guild. However, as the time is going to progress your dynasty is going to flourish and build new districts within the region. Soon enough, you are going to realize that you are not the only one. New neighborhoods are being created within a city through political intervention, general rise in population or other circumstances.
