Each week you have three pages to complete: Playing stats: Here you keep track of your key playing stats, but also the direction of your tee shots and approach shots. Write down your key aims, swing thoughts and rate your progress. Skills games practice: I advocate that you play fun skills games each week that help improve your golfing skill.
