Temulawak irisan kering
Sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan
cara membuat jamu dengan bahan temulawak, yaitu:
1. Ambillah 5-6 lembar irisan temulawak kering, serta siapkan air bersih untuk rebusan sebanyak 2 gelas dengan ukuran sekitar 200ml, dan panci stainless steel (bukan panci alumunium).
2. Rebuslah irisan temulawak tersebut diatas api besar. Setelah mendidih kecilkan api dan biarkan hingga air rebusan tersebut tersisa kira-kira 1 gelas.
3. Setelah air tersisa kira-kira 1 gelas, tuangkan air ke dalam gelas, setelah dingin bisa langsung dikonsumsi
