Tanzania in maps

Tanzania In Maps is a survey, by many contributors, of the Republic, consisting of over 60 pages of maps with facing text. It analyzed most of the country's human and natural resources and spatial relationships that could be described in maps. It came opportunely when Tanzania was concerned not only with national development but also with the spread of development at the regional level. It was the corporate work of the Bureau of Resource Development and Land Use Planning and the Department of Geography of the University of Dar es Salaam under the direction of Professor L. Berry. The book will be a welcome addition to anyone seeking knowledge of Tanzania - administrators, geographers, businessmen and any who have a special interest in Tanzania.
