Ordering by fax: Orders submitted via facsimile (fax) are processed on a time-permitting basis, but no later than the 2nd day after receipt. Please include all personal info such as complete name, mailing address including zip or postal code, item description, item number and quantity. Availability: Please be aware that item availability is subject to change based on the stock status of an item. In the event an item is not available after you have placed your order, we will call or email you to let you know when the item is available. If the arrival date is not acceptable to you we will cancel your order. Custom ordered golf clubs and some left-hand clubs may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer and will nomally take 1-2 weeks before item ships. Clubs being returned should be packaged in the same manner they were delivered to you. Please make sure to put your order number and name on the outside of the box. Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on repairs. Repairs may be made by emailing request to repairs@greatgolfdeals.com or by following the procedure below: Call one our representatives at 248-706-3032. The Great Golf Deals representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (referred to as a RA #) The RA # serves as a ticket to have your package accepted by us. Please make sure to write the RA # clearly on the box so we can get your return back to you as soon as possible. Normal repair time is 3-4 weeks. How We Do Business Delivery Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the website items that are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery. Out of Stock Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait. Return Policy: Great Golf Deals stands behind every item we sell. Items must be in NEW, UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund less original shipping costs. All damages or shortages need to be reported within 30 days of receipt of order.Holiday purchases have through January 31st for all returns or exchanges. We normally do not charge extra for special orders. However, if a special order is cancelled before we can cancel it with the manufacturer, it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($25 minimum). If you should need to return an item contact GGD by phone or E-mail returns@greatgolfdeals.com and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Write your name, order number and reason why you wish to return the item in the email and a representatinve will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA). Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Return Policy and Warranty for Motorized Carts International Returns: The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
