Smash the Box

The goal of this book is to allow the reader to discover the 4 Walls of the Mental Box and the 4 Ways to SMASH the Box. The mental box is formed by being in our head and the walls include: 1. Perfectionism 2. Fear 3. Judgment 4. Negativity Once those walls are broken down we can begin to not only think outside the box, we can, as the saying goes, SMASH THE BOX! We have SMASHED the way books are written by having no table of contents, no page numbers and pages upside down. Reading this book is an experience in and of itself.
