An upgrade to acclaimed Sleeping Dogs TTP action game. The game takes us to the Far East and its story is heavily inspired by action movies by John Woo.Player takes the role of Wei Shen – a detective that tries to infiltrate dangerous and ruthless crime organization called Sun On Yee. To gain trust and respect he has to complete various missions and climb the ladder of criminal career. The gameplay is similar to other open world games, such as GTA or Mafia. During the missions player can drive a car, jump on the rooftops or fight with enemies. Those aforementioned elements are the core aspects of the Sleeping Dogs' gameplay. Wei quickly learns hand-to-hand combat and can use various weapons types. The game is set in the city of Hongkong, that consists of several districts. Wei can undertake a number of side missions, such as street races, that can keep the player occupied for hours and make the gameplay more diversified.
