Shady Maple Farms is a farmers co-operative and we make our delicious syrup from fresh maple "sugar free" sap, collected in the cold months of early spring in Canada. It takes 40 litres of sap to create 1 litre of maple syrup... a long, slow gentle process.
We pack our pure syrup in this flexible pouch as it easy to use, protects the syrup from harmful light and preserves our award winning flavour and colour. Our pure syrup brings sweet and savoury dishes to life.
