The Shimano XT rear derailleur RD-M786 provides 2x10-speed and 3x10-speed drivetrains for precise, low-noise shifting (Dyna-Sys). It features Shadow RD+ technology, where a stabiliser prevents the chain from sagging, hitting or jumping off. Both the outer and inner cage of the rear derailleur are made of lightweight aluminium.
