Royce Baton Cookies - Fromage

Cookie baked with two kinds of Hokkaido made cheese. One side of cookie is coated with white chocolate that brings out taste of milk. Parmesan cheese and Gouda cheese are used for cookie dough. This cookie gives you rich and fragrant aroma of two types of cheese. Coconut are mixed in cookie dough to give light and crispy texture. The combination of saltiness of cheese and sweetness of white chocolate spreads in your mouth.
