Red Faction: Armageddon Path to War was developed by volition inc and published by T.H.Q. The Game takes place on the planet Mars. Players will enter a new world-era in 2175, fifty years after the events of Red Faction: Guerrilla. Since humans have got the liberation of Mars, the surface of the planet has become uninhabitable. Occurred when the tremendous Terraformer machine on Mars, which supplied it with its Earth-like atmosphere, was destroyed by Adam Hale, the Game's key rival, causing super-tornados and violent lightning storms to engulf the planet. Darius is tricked into reopening a mysterious, vast shaft in an old Marauder temple by a fanatical Marauder priest. Colonist and Marauder settlements are torn apart by the new enemies. The blame for the tragedy is put on Darius, soon provoking several angry colonists to create mobs and strike him in their rage. Then Darius joined the Red Faction to clear his name entirely and rescue the people of Mars, as his grandfather did before him. Red Faction: Armageddon Path to War is a third-person shooter video Game. Wage war through twenty diverse levels with fifteen weapons of mass destruction. It's a shooting Game, and every weapon is unique and serves a different purpose; the red faction runs on the Geo mode engine, which was groundbreaking in terms of visuals in its time to get the job done. And the concept of the walls and surface is destructible. One thing that is very cool about this Game is handling the vehicles like hovercrafts, jeeps and submarines. They are easy to pick up and, most importantly, super fun. Launching the heat-seeking torpedos and watching them explode under the water is pretty amazing. The Game soundtrack was composed by Dan Wentz, who also worked in red faction sequels. It's so much gritty synth music connected to the Game's mood and theme. The Player has to face the mutant and their lightning-fast attacks.
