Ray, the secret surgeon with the X-ray eyes, is back and ready to kick some more ass! This time around she's continuing to help those in need, all the while getting closer to the underground organization that was behind the organ farm where she grew up. Blue, her friend from the facility, is staying at her clinic and recovering from his injuries. He knows the truth about their past, and Ray wants to get at some of the knowledge - but Blue finds it all too painful to dredge up...
