Bone Broth is made by slow cooking the bones and meats of beef or chicken and connective tissue of animals with organic vegetables. This highly nutritious stock is monly used in soups, sauces and gravies. It has also recently gained popularity as a health drink. This is done through blanching the bones to remove all impurities, coagulated protein and blood, to remove all rancid fats. Then, we roast the bones and vegetables to create a deeper, fuller, richer flavour profile and slow cook the broth for 24 hours to create the broth thick, gelatinous, and containing all the natural nutrients.
