This rack is fully welded from certified 16-gauge U.S. steel, reinforced at all load-bearing junctions with a 14-gauge base, offering strength equivalent to 11-gauge steel. The seamless side frame construction ensures long-lasting durability, while the black wrinkle powder epoxy finish adds a sleek, professional touch.The rack's design features beveled edge corners at the front and rear, along with upper and lower vents at the front for optimal airflow. The frame nutserts are ready to accommodate an optional surface-mount door, available for separate purchase, which can swing either left or right for your convenience. The rear of the rack includes removable knockout panels above and below the door, with combination EKOs for conduit sizes ranging from 1/2"-3/4" and 1"-1-1/2", and KOs for wireless antennae of 1/2". A removable blank project panel is also located in the frame below the door. The standard model comes with a recessed rear door, equipped with vents and a key lock, but can be customized without a rear door by adding the "LRD" suffix to the model number.The rack's sides feature an open-access design with a rear vertical array of 2" diameter holes and 4" x 1.5" obround openings along the base for efficient cable routing between racks. The bottom of the rack includes a 10-32 threaded grounding stud in the corner, 3/8"-16 threaded T-nuts for optional leg levelers, and holes for anchor bolts, providing a spacious 22.88"D x 19.94"W opening.The top of the rack is configurable and features a 10U opening with riveted 10-32 threaded rails on 19" E.I.A. spacing. It includes two black 19"W closure panels, which can be replaced with optional 19" fan panels. The 6"D rear conduit plane offers combination EKOs for conduit sizes from 1/2"-3/4" and 1"-2", KOs for wireless antennae of 1/2", and ample room to field-punch an opening for 4" diameter conduit.The rack's cable management system provides abundant lacing points and nearly 2" of wire management space between the front rails and front-to-rear rail supports. The rack rails are fully adjustable, made of 11-gauge steel with bi-directional numbered RU increments, and finished in black. The rack also includes black pilot point screws with captive washers for quick installation. This product is EIA/TIA compliant, RoHS compliant, and UL 2416 listed in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards.
