By setting up your Apple TV 4K, Apple TV (4th generation or later, with tvOS 11.3 or later) or iPad (with iOS 12.0 or later) as a home hub, you can (1) monitor environmental readings from anywhere, (2) grant access to the people you trust; and (3) automate other HomeKit-enabled accessories to turn on or off.
