Introducing the new experimentally finest coffee from west java. This coffee is picked from the farm located in rancabali mountain and processed through an experimental washing process using yeast. The farm itself is located in west java ciwidey with an altitude of more than 1400 masl. Because this beans is processed by fermentation using yeast, this will effecting the flavor of brewing results.
The way this coffee is processed is we washed the cherries in a common traditional full-washed process, but what makes it different is we fermented the beans using yeast in a big container for two to three weeks. This is where we control the fermentation process making it unique ad diverse. Different than you ever tasted before.
This coffee will give you an intens lychee flavor with a hint of lavender. With long amd sweet aftertaste and clean finish, you will taste a caramel like sweetness long after you take a sip of this coffee. With the blend of typica and lini-S variety, this coffee has a bold yet clean and juicy body. Giving you a well balanced flavor between sweetness, acidity, and body.
