The Nova-X is the newest Socanland Panel. The 100 Watt, Bi-Color fixture is available in a 30 Degree or 60 Degree spread and these units pack an impressive punch. The 2,304 LED's are rated at a CRI of 95+. Having so many LED's packed in so tightly eliminates the ghosting (shadow) problem seen with competitors panels that use larger LED's with greater spacing. All Nova-X are sold as a complete kit including barn-doors, diffusion, Universal AC Adapter with Power Cord and a Carrying Case to fit everything inside. Each unit also comes with your choice of a V-Mount or Gold Mount battery plate which can be swapped out by hand if ever needing to change over to a V-Mount or Gold Mount. High Output - 100 Watts, 2,304 Bright LED's The Nova-X has 2,304 LED's packed into the 1x1 frame. Reaching 100W, the Nova-X creates impressive output unmatched by competitors. The CRI/TLCI is rated at 95+. Like a Softbox The Nova-X has a newly added Diffusion Spacer which separates the LED's and included diffusion filter by about 2". Think of it as a miniature softbox making the light look more flattering and reducing shadows. The included spacers can be added or removed by hand, simply by screwing them in. Slim, All Metal Frame Built with a slim, all metal frame, the Nova-X is designed to be a reliable workhorse that professionals can depend on. Informative Screen The screen shows the exact brightness level from 0-100% along with the color temperature from 3200-5600 Kelvin. Removable Battery Plate The Nova-X allows you to change the battery plate by hand between Gold Mount and V-Mount. Flicker Free & Slo-Mo Ready The Nova-X are installed with new potentiometers resulting in extremely smooth dimming transitions. Additionally, the Nova-X is ready for Slow-Mo and has been tested at up to 3,000FPS. DMX512 Compatible Control your Nova-X via a DMX table for in-studio use. Channel 1 controls output and Channel 2 controls color allowing for simple & intuitive control. Wireless DMX Remote allowing you to control one or dozens of lights wirelessly.
