This insulation resistance tester is autoranging, giving it the ability to automatically choose the correct range for whatever is under test. The aforementioned test voltages available on this tester are 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V, giving this instrument insulation resistance range starting from 0Ω up to a high point of 5.GΩ (dependant on test voltage currently being used).
