Ice Cream

An ice cream can capture summer in a cone or add something special to a hot winter pudding. A sorbet or slush can solve the problem of something light and luscious to end a substantial meal. Simple or sophisticated, ices make a tempting treat for all ages and here Liz Franklin shares her favourite easy recipes for ice creams, yoghurt ices, sorbets and slushes, plus iced lollies on sticks and lots of sauces.
