4. Pengajuan komplain WAJIB DISERTAKAN DENGAN VIDEO UNBOXING (untuk mengklaim apabila Terjadi kesalahan Varian atau kekurangan Produk, Jika tidak ada bukti video unboxing mohon maaf kami tidak bisa menerima komplen tersebut)
5. Pesanan diantar setelah konfirmasi pembayaran diterima, paling cepat 1 hari setelah pesanan dikonfirmasi.
