George Suey said, Thousands of people are waiting for housing in this Chinatown Core Area. The priority in the Chinatown Area is housing, and more housing. Former San Francisco Planning Director Allan Jacobs reflected on they long it took and what it took to get housing, especially affordable housing which suggested the overwhelming importance of being extremely cautious with housing that exists right now.
