1st edition of volume II, 1963. used hardcover in dust jacket. bottom edge of boards lightly shelfworn, corners are bumped, and text block sags a bit. text block has a dampstain to outside lower corner (extends 3.5cm on bottom edge, ~2cm side edge). jacket is somewhat worn about the edges, with a number of small chips and tears at the extremeties, though still largely intact. pages and binding are clean, straight and tight. there are no marks to the text or other serious flaws.
