Directions for use:
Cutter grinding: cutteredge will become blunt after used, just press the grinding button lightly and the grindstone will automatic grind to keeps it sharping.
Loading and unloading blade: First aim the blade hole at the recess of the machine, then insert a cylindrical pin to make the blade can't move. Circle forward or backward the screw to load or unload blades.
Spring cutting: Cutting is finishde near the blade with proper spring the angle mustn't be too large.
Changing electric brush: After a long time running, electric brush will be grinded away. There will be sparkles from the machine, low-running speed, and lack of power. Another electric brush should be supplied.
Maintance:
Grindstone: remove or change the greasy dirt grindstone to keep it effective.
Removing fine dust: Remove the too much fine dust off the blade or inside of the machine.
Lubricating worm gear: Fill oil into worm gear once every 15 days if it is need huge workload.
Blade lubricator: Fill 30# of motor oil twice a day to decrease the damage of blade.
Make sure to:
Opearting voltage should be normal and connect earth wire for safety, do not cut break the power cable.
The high speed moving blade can not be touched with fingers or another body organ.
When to load and unload parts, the power plug should be pulled down.
Forbid to block up the vent.
