   Description
The HMC472 is a broadband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0 to 31.5dB and a typical step error of ± 0.25dB. It is packaged in a QFN surface mount package powered by a single power supply of 5V and operates from DC to 3.8 GHz with an insertion loss of less than 2.0 dB (typ.) IIP3 is +54 dBm suitable for various RF and IF applications. The main features of the module are as follows: (1) Operating frequency range: 1M ~ 3.8GHz; (2) Maximum power of input signal: 20dBm (3) Attenuation multiple and step size: attenuation multiple is 0~31.5dB step size is 0.5dB.
