It's GAPS Authentic Recipe. Tallow ini dibuat sesuai bimbingan GAPS Expert from US. Lemaknya 100% dari grassfed cows dan Halal Certified. Dimasak di suhu rendah dan stabil tidak berubah, sesuai arahan gaps expert.
Alat masak yang digunakan adalah alat masak yg berkualitas tinggi dan ramah alergi. Heavy Metal Free. PFOA free. PTFE free. Lead n cadmium free. Alat masak ga dicampur. Jd khusus utk tallow.
Proses sterilisasi jar 3 lapis, dan sabun yang digunakan sabun organik. Proses penyaringan menggunakan saringan berbahan stainless 18/10 dan organic (Certified) cheesecloth.
99% Unprocessed, Unpurified. The spare 1% is the process of gently melting down the fat and refiining it into container. Gut Well Soon Co tallow is not bleached, deodorised, hydrogenated or processed in any way.
Consume: Perfect for frying, sauteing, and searing with this fat due to it's high smoke point at approx. 200 C degrees.
