The brushset files are large, so if you are using iCloud or Dropbox, the file will 'hang' on the 'Importing' screen until it's fully downloaded. Something that will help is if you download the brush sets to your iPad FIRST before trying to import them into Procreate. To do this, locate them in the Files app' and tap and hold on the title.
