The strictest possible controls are used at every step in the manufacturing process to guarantee only the highest quality screwdrivers are made. All screwdriver blades are manufactured from the finest chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and heat treated to exacting specifications. Blade tips are black oxide coated instead of chrome plated to maintain a precision fit between tool tip and screw head. Each blade is tested to a voltage of 10,000 V A.C. and certified to 1,000 V A.C. vie tests are performed according to IEC 60900, din en 60900 and vie 0680.
