This type of quinoa is known for its larger grains size, richer nutrients, fluffier texture and when cooked, it opens like a flower. It is the only grain known to provide all essential amino acids needed by the human body and is full of a complete plant-based Protein. Our quinoa has a premium quality with a genuinely smooth flavour with less than 4% of premature seeds or imperfections. Just soak in water for 10 min and rinse. Cook in low heat for another 10 min and you can add to salads, smoothness or dishes to witness its great taste and receive a full dose of Protein, Iron Manganese, and Phosphorous.
