We live in a world where the exposures we faceare growing all the time. Our nation and its people are not prepared to deal with even the most predictable of events. This book was written after studying the aftermath of 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. It was obvious that much of the suffering, on an individual basis, could have been avoided through proper planning.
