Wherever the player does not go, there will always be lesser enemies, such as various types of demons, as well as powerful bosses. Clashes take place in real-time. Dante confronts opponents using various weapons, and after charging a special indicator, he can turn into a demon himself, thus gaining even more power. Additionally, aside from continuous battles, the fun is varied by simple and uncomplicated puzzles consisting primarily of searching for items.During the game, the player's actions are all the time monitored by the scoring system, which gives him grades based on the items he used, the time of completing a particular stage, injuries and combat style. It is also worth mentioning that the struggles in DMC 3 are more attractive thanks to the possibility of selecting a style of fighting for individual preferences.
