The main character is Bennet Helms, who appears to be in the altered Art Deco Sanatorium.All of the puzzles are logic and often the player will have to explore the environment for items, key cards, pipes, electronic wires, etc.The main-character Bennet Helms cannot fight most of the critters that are after him, due to they are a lot stronger than him, or are just part of his imagination, but they have weaknesses which can be used by the player to his advantages.
