The DSC Labs Goodman Ramp Standard CamAlign Chip Chart (21.3x13") is a calibration chart designed for use with virtually any video camera throughout the world. The chart includes the latest SMPTE 274M (ITU-R BT.709) international colorimetry standards to ensure its compatibility in virtually any country or region. Many video professionals consider calibration charts a necessity for optimizing camera performance and the production value of images. This chart has been designed with that philosophy in mind and works equally well in engineering or production work.This model features a Log 63 Precision Test Pattern to help determine the transfer characteristics of high-end cameras, particularly at the dark end of grayscale reproduction. It offers a long ramp in (63) steps, each with 1/8 f stop. It is also spectrophotometrically neutral across the entire grayscale range.
