Using Steps: (take throat swab for example)
1. Take out the swab, gently rub the pharyngeal tonsils 3-5 times

3. Cover it and shake to dissolve, let stand for 1 minute
4. Drop liquid (2 drops) into reagent card, wait for 15 minutes, check it with the test card to know the result.
