Cooking on the Coast

This cookbook pulls together the culinary experiences of Rose Annette and Jerry O'Keefe, gathered over the years as they raised a family of 13 children, 35 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Drawing on the rich, diverse cooking traditions of the Gulf Coast, these recipes range from Creole favorites such as gumbo and crawfish fettuccini to Southern reliables such as pickled okra and chicken & dumplings.
