Civil War Canteens [signed]

The Civil War was not won by the canteen, but it was an essential part of the soldiers' equipment. In this book the reader will find a variety of Civil War canteens. Civil War canteens range in style from pre-war models, Union "bullseye" and smooth faced types to the very rare Confederate tin drum with "CS" impressed in the face. Also included are the Southern manufactured tin and wood drum canteens and various U.S. patent models produced during the War.
