Storyline Our young hero, Crono, meets a woman named Marle by coincidence while taking part in Guardia's Millennial Fair celebrations in Leene Square. Together, they decide to tour the fair and soon arrive at an exhibit showcasing Crono's longtime friend Lucca's most recent creation, the Telepod. Fearless and eager to learn, Marle offers to help with a demonstration. She is nevertheless propelled into a breach in the dimensions by an unexpected malfunction. Crono valiantly pursues the girl while holding the girl's jewellery. But the world from which he comes is from four hundred years ago.
