Our cookie-cutter designs have a depth of 13 mm and indentions of 10 mm in height with a reinforced base to give them extra strength Dough with a height of 5 mm works best with these cookie cutters. For the easy release of dough remember to coat the cutter with icing sugar/ flour before cutting. We also recommend using chilled dough for best results.
