Chinese Patterns: Nacre 01

A sparkling set of 10 Chinese nacre seamless patterns recreated from antique nacre artworks - Chinese snuff bottles, boxes and different objects adorned with tiny multicolored nacre bits to create dazzling inlays. Lac Burgaut is an East Asian technique of decorating lacquer-ware with inlaid multicolored nacre elements, sometimes in combination with gold or silver. The result is a distinctive glittering geometry that instantly captivates the eye. The patterns come in 3 versions : colored with background , colored transparent , and b&w transparent . Each pattern tile contains a number of multicolored repetitions of the main geometry so that they blend in smoothly and not seem repetitive. Play with doubling the pattern layer and different blending modes for a spectacular glittering effect. Note: Textures and mockups in the presentation images are NOT included in this set. Some of the presentation examples use blending modes.
