When working with the EOS-1D X Mark III, the WFT-E9B lets you use a smart device to control the camera over greater distances than the cameras built-in Wi-Fi allows. You can also shoot directly to secure SFTP servers wirelessly. On the EOS C500 Mark II camera the WFT-E9B lets you live stream on-line and send footage to suitably equipped newsrooms from location.
