To change the font color, you can change it in Photoshop CC 2017 or later version by clicking on the font and clicking on layer layer style color overlay included in the file that is - BILAROSS SVG - Realistic Brush Paint Fonts - BILAROSS VECTOR - Traditional vector version of the font, less detail than SVG but is a nice rough version that works universally on all software.
