Bamboe Bumbu Masak Instan Rendang 35gr
Cara Membuat :
- 500gr daging, potong-potong
- 700ml santan dari 1/2 kelapa atau 65ml santan kental + 600ml air
- Opsional : untuk rasa lebih mantap : 1 batang serai , memarkan 2 lembar daun jeruk
1. Rebus potongan daging sampai empuk. Sisakan air sebanyak 2 gelas (500ml).
2. Masukkan Bumbu Bamboe, serai dan daun jeruk. Masak hingga kuah menyusut.
3. Masukkan santan, aduk rata. Masak sampai asat. Hidangkan panas-panas bersama nasi putih
